Are You Using Infusionsoft’s Mobile App?
If not, you should be. Even if you spend the majority of your workweek in the office, there are times when you won’t be near a computer. With Infusionsoft Mobile, you can perform many of the same tasks that you normally do on a computer on your smartphone as well. It’s a simple and effective app that can streamline many aspects of running a business.
For example, as you go about your day, you may meet someone who would be a good contact. You can create the contact right away instead of waiting until you get back to a computer. You can also add tags and kick off processes from wherever you are.
How to Use Infusionsoft Mobile
First, you’ll need to download the Infusionsoft Mobile app on your smartphone. It’s currently available for Android and Apple iOS devices, although you can download it directly from Infusionsoft’s website if you prefer. There’s no word yet on when, or even if, Infusionsoft will release the app for Windows Phone, so you might be out of luck if your handset isn’t Android or Apple.
Once the app has finished downloading, go ahead and open it. Doing so will prompt you to enter your Infusionsoft user ID and password, at which point you will see a “Recents” list with no elements attached to it (this is normal since you haven’t used the app before). This screen will also feature options like sign out, help, find contacts or add new contacts.
Finding Contacts
One of the many features in Infusionsoft Mobile is the ability to find contacts listed in your Infusionsoft account on the fly. If you only have a handful of contacts, this can be done manually without the need for an app. However, if you have hundreds or even thousands of contacts, using the app will almost certainly save you time and energy. To find a contact using the app, click the magnifying glass icon on the main screen and enter either the contact’s first name, last name, email address, and/or phone number. As you type, the Infusionsoft app will automatically pre-populate a list of potential matches, allowing you to choose the contact.
Adding Contacts
Adding new contacts via the Infusionsoft app takes just a few clicks — or taps — from your smartphone. At the top of the main screen, you’ll see a plus sign icon. Tap this icon to create a new contact and add one or more of the following fields: first name, last name, company, job title, phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and notes.

Get away from your office and start assigning tags and triggering automated follow-up from your Android phone.”
